Throughout the presentation, Aesthetic Pleasure once again experimenting with ‘broken
tailoring’, the tailoring that seemed intentionally boxy and generous on a female frame. The
study in monochrome always in black continued with the all black tailoring blazer, top, skirt, pants, laid-back layering; intellectual silhouettes; and a deconstruct trench coat. The smart day/me ready-to-wear apparel and accessories including leather bags, and shoes and the brand’s fresh, raw-finished, and lightweight materials are perfect for casual, from day to night style. However, the collection suggested a casual confidence. Concentrate their attention on construction and tailoring, the color distracts from form resulting in a runway experience that at once challenged expectations and engaged with our not-so-spiritual world.
